Books for Boys

Jon Scieszka, the very funny author of the Time Warp Trio series, The True Story of the Three Little Pigs, etc., has created a website just to get boys to read.

Kishore Mahbubani

Professor Kishore Mahbubani visited the east campus today for the official opening of the Middle School/High School library, which is named after him. Kishore was Chair of our Board of Governors from 2005 to 2010 and oversaw the enormous changes that took place during that time. He seemed truly honored to have the library named after him. He shared that he would not be where he istoday if he had not discovered libraries and the joy of reading when he was 6 or 7 years old.

Photo thanks to Cheryl Yap of Raffles Institution, visiting teacher-librarian.
